Delikate Plastik: Andrea Münch

Andrea Münch's work focuses on everyday foods and their packaging. The focus is on

products that represent both everyday needs and culinary classics, most of which originate from Switzerland.

The handmade ceramic objects are based on their models in terms of shape and color, but the material gives them a new dimension: what would normally spoil is here permanently preserved. This transformation gives familiar objects a new contextualization and enhances their value.
